This happened to a coworker of mine.

He was married with 2 small children, a boy and a girl, and was separated from
his wife. Living in an apartment alone.

One evening the police showed up at his door, cuffed him and hauled him
off to jail. Only at the station did they tell him what the charges were.

Seems his wife and the baby sitter accused him of molesting his daughter.

The cops locked him up and did everything short of beating him to get him
to confess. Rather than that he went ballistic at the mere thought of
the accusation.

About 10 of us went down and appeared as character witnesses and got him out of jail.

He lost his job.

He wasn't allowed to see his children except in the accompaniment of a social worker. When
the kids would see him they would run squealing to him Daddy Daddy and give him hugs
and kisses. Social worker thought that was very strange since molested kids just don't do
that.

He couldn't afford an attorney so the court appointed one. He turned out to be an incompetent
boob. He fired the attorney and took on his own defense. Spent all of his time in the
law library learning how to do so.

Finally gets his day in court. When he cross examines the baby sitter on the witness stand she
breaks down and confesses. The wife and the baby sitter had made it all up. There was no
molestation or any other crime comitted. All charges were dropped.

NOTHING WHATSOEVER was ever done to the wife and the baby sitter.

wow.... woman, it like, since there rights were suppressed for so many years that now, they get to do whatever the fuck they please amd get the upper hand in any situation involving relationships/marriage etc....

What an evil bitch. Even got the young babysitter to go along. Woman like that are exactly why are system is so F'd up. He should have counter sued for defamation of character to teach her a good lesson. Im sure he was too worn out doing all the leg work himself. His wife will get whats coming to her. Probably should lose custody of her kids I think.
