That's why I hold high hopes for Sweed. Hopefully he can pick up his game, quit watching the jumbotron when he makes a catch, and make some big plays next season...

Yeah, but their rookie seasons aren't all that comparable.

Then again, Holmes started off as a #3 and not a 4.

Although I did remember the runback against Carolina, I had completely forgotten about his first touchdown in that huge comeback against the Browns.(no, not the comeback in the playoffs in the 2002 season. No no, not that comeback in 2007 either. )

I think the 2006 finish against the bungles may drifted to the back of some fans' minds as well.

Then again, it's tough to top a rookie season like that.
